Naturopathic & conventional care, together

Care that starts with your whole story, not just your chart.

Integrative Alliance is a whole-person health campus: licensed clinical care, movement and rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and a teaching kitchen fed by our own garden — all working from one coordinated plan, under one roof.

Our providers may bill your insurance for clinical visits where state law allows. Movement, hydrotherapy, and kitchen programs are membership or class-based.

One campus

Five things most people piece together separately.

All services

Clinical Care

Naturopathic doctors, MDs and DOs, nurse practitioners, acupuncturists, mental health providers, and bodywork — primary and specialty integrative medicine.

Movement & Recovery

Medically supervised training, corrective exercise, physical therapy integration, and post-injury or chronic-pain programs.

Hydrotherapy Suite

Contrast therapy, sauna and steam, cold plunge, and constitutional hydrotherapy for recovery and stress resilience.

Teaching Kitchen

Culinary medicine: chronic-disease reversal tracks, community cooking classes, and youth cooking education.

The Garden

Vegetable and medicinal herb beds supplying both the teaching kitchen and the dispensary. Volunteer days welcome.

How care works

One intake. One team. One plan.

You shouldn't have to be your own care coordinator. When your doctor, your trainer, and the kitchen are in the same building, referrals happen the same day — not across three practices and three intake forms.

01

A whole-story intake

A long first visit that covers history, labs, food, sleep, movement, and stress — looking for root causes, not just a code to bill.

02

A plan your whole team can see

Your clinician, physical therapist, and chef-educator work from the same plan — so nutrition and movement are prescribed, not suggested.

03

Care that keeps going

Classes, group programs, and recovery access keep progress moving between appointments — the part that usually falls apart at the parking lot.

Beyond the exam room

Learn to cook the medicine you grew.

You don't have to be a patient to be part of this. Community cooking classes, seminars, garden volunteer days, and free community health days are open to the neighborhood — and they're often how people meet us first.

The Alliance

One mark, many places it shows up.

The flagship campus is the first branch, not the whole plan. Same standards, same care philosophy — from a neighborhood clinic to a retreat abroad.
